User Content
Users may upload photographs, descriptions, and other content through Unearth.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By uploading content, you grant Unearth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and transmit such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
User Representations
You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the right to submit all content uploaded through Unearth;
The content does not violate the rights of any third party;
Information submitted through the platform is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Content Standards
Users may not upload content that:
Is fraudulent or misleading
Violates applicable laws
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material
Interferes with platform operations
Content Moderation
Users may report content believed to violate these Terms.
Unearth reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe violations have occurred.
Intellectual Property Complaints

We will investigate complaints and take appropriate action where warranted.
Item Acceptance Disclaimer
Participating stores maintain sole discretion regarding:

Purchase decisions
Inventory policies
Submission through Unearth does not guarantee acceptance by any store.
AI-Assisted Features
Unearth may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies, to assist with categorization, recommendations, search functionality, and operational workflows.
Automated outputs are informational only and do not guarantee outcomes or store decisions.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Unearth if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is suspected
Platform security is threatened
Required by law
Account Deletion
Users may initiate account deletion directly through Account Settings within the app.
Deletion requests may require identity verification.
Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, users agree to first contact Unearth and attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Users waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court where appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue
Any arbitration proceedings shall take place in California unless otherwise required by law.
Future Services
Unearth may introduce additional services, including marketplace functionality, payment processing, inventory tools, analytics, retailer integrations, recommendation systems, and other commerce-related features.
Additional terms may apply to such services.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Unearth after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

With your permission, Unearth may collect precise location information from your device. Unearth uses your location to help you discover nearby participating resale stores and improve local item submission experiences.
We use precise location data to:
Identify nearby participating stores
Improve location-based recommendations
Facilitate local item submission workflows
Improve user experience within the platform
You may revoke location access at any time through your device settings.

When a user submits items to a participating store through Unearth, the store may receive:

Information is shared solely to facilitate store review and resale workflows.

Process item submissions
Facilitate communication between users and stores
Verify account activity
